Notice on Seal Usage Arrangements During the 2026 Winter Vacation ​

To All Units within the University:

To ensure the normal conduct of related work during the winter vacation (February 1 – February 26), the arrangements for using official seals (including the “Nanchang University” seal, the “Communist Party of China Nanchang University Committee” seal, the legal representative’s seal, etc.) during this period are hereby notified as follows.

I. Seal Usage Schedule

Every Wednesday (February 4, February 11, February 25) from 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 5:15 PM.

(No seal service on February 18 due to statutory public holiday.)

II. Seal Usage Location

Room 421, Administration Building, Qianhu Campus (Confidential Section, Party Committee Office & President’s Office).

III. Application Procedure

The applicant shall log in to the Collaborative Office (OA) system via the personal portal, enter the seal application workflow, and fill out the  Nanchang University Seal Application and Approval Registration Form .

The applicant shall submit the form for review and approval by the primary responsible person of their unit and the primary responsible person of the relevant business department. (Important documents also require approval from university leadership.)

After approval by the Party Committee Office & President’s Office, the applicant shall bring the physical document(s) matching the uploaded attachments to Room 421, Administration Building, Qianhu Campus (Confidential Section, Party Committee Office & President’s Office) for seal affixing.
