Teaching Staff Overview

The School currently has 210 faculty and staff members, including 148 full-time teachers. Among them, 52 are professors, 44 are associate professors, and teachers with senior professional titles account for 65% of the full-time faculty. There are 28 doctoral supervisors and 67 master's supervisors, with 130 teachers holding doctoral degrees. Professor Pan Jiluan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, served as the honorary president of the university and a part-time doctoral supervisor in Materials Processing Engineering. Professor Wen Shizhu, also an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, served as the honorary dean of the School and a part-time doctoral supervisor in Mechanical Engineering.
