Research Directions

Our team is dedicated to addressing major national strategic needs and advancing industrial frontiers. We primarily focus on the independent innovation and industrial application of high-end CNC technology and intelligent equipment. Our mission is to tackle critical "bottleneck" challenges in related fields, achieve autonomous control of core technologies, and drive advancements toward intelligent, high-precision, and highly reliable systems. Our specific research areas include:

1. High-End Intelligent Multi-Axis CNC Systems: We concentrate on breakthroughs in multi-axis synchronous high-precision machining control technology to enable high-quality processing of complex curved surface parts. Concurrently, we research data-driven intelligent fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance technologies.

2. All-in-One Integrated Servo Drive Systems: This research stream focuses on the integrated and high-performance design of servo drive systems, aiming to provide CNC machine tools with a robust and precise "heart and muscle" system.

3. High-Speed, High-Precision CNC Drilling and Milling Centers: Through structural optimization and intelligent compensation techniques, we aim to achieve high precision and stability in drilling and milling centers operating under high-speed conditions.

Major Achievements

With a long-term commitment to the independent research, development, and industrial application of high-end CNC systems, we have deeply integrated industry, academia, and research to lead the development of an intelligent CNC system characterized by high precision, high stability, and a user-friendly interface. Core technical indicators have achieved targeted optimization: the bus communication cycle has been reduced to below 1 ms, and through multi-axis synchronous dynamic compensation technology, a positioning accuracy of ±5 μm and a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 μm for mirror finishing have been realized. These advancements have successfully promoted the demonstration and application of domestically produced high-end CNC systems in key partner enterprises. The related research outcomes have formed an independent intellectual property system, resulting in the publication of 4 SCI papers as first author or corresponding author and the authorization of 5 invention patents.
