Research Directions

Research direction focuses on Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) devices and systems, including: MEMS actuators and sensors, Flexible tactile sensors, Three-dimensional (3D) imaging based on MEMS chips. Majors Offered: Instrument Science and Technology (Academic Master), Instrumentation Engineering (Application-oriented Master), and Mechanical Engineering (Application-oriented Master). Students with backgrounds in instrumentation, machinery, electronics, materials, physics, or mathematics are welcome to apply.

Major Achievements

Previously awarded as a Xi'an Local-level Leading Talent, Talent Program Young Talent, and Xi'an Science and Technology Expert; as the project leader, won the national Gold Medal and Shaanxi Province Runner-up in the 8th "Internet+" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

Primarily engaged in research on MEMS devices, sensors, and their applications; supported by the National Key Research and Development Program and the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, led an R&D team of over 30 people to develop MEMS scanning mirrors, MEMS scanning mirror control modules, and various 3D cameras. The developed products were awarded the TOP 10 Innovative Machine Vision Products of 2021, TOP 10 Shipment Volume of Domestic High-precision 3D Machine Vision Products in 2022, TOP 10 Shipment Volume of Chinese Vision-guided 3D Cameras in 2023, and Machine Vision Industry Chain Innovation Pioneer in 2024. As the first author, 19 patents were authorized, including 1 US patent, 1 Japanese patent, and 1 European patent, with 2 technological achievement transformations realize
