Research Directions

Our team is dedicated to developing multimodal spectroscopic/optical intelligent detection equipment and technologies for complex scenarios in fields such as biological, clinical and chemical engineering. We focus on the deep integration of multimodal Raman spectroscopy and artificial intelligence, mainly encompassing:

1. Novel multimodal Raman spectroscopy for nanomedicine/drug characterization, achieving high-sensitivity and specificity detection of highly heterogeneous nanovesicles such as liposomal nanomedicines and exosomes;

2. Portable Raman spectroscopy/microscopy equipment and related technologies, dedicated to developing miniaturized and integrated Raman spectroscopy/imaging systems, promoting the extension of Raman spectroscopy to application scenarios such as on-site detection and point of care testing;

3. Intelligent Raman spectroscopy analysis algorithms, combined with machine learning or deep learning, are developed to apply to intelligent sampling, feature analysis, and data processing algorithms for multimodal and high-throughput Raman spectroscopy, achieving automated and precise analysis of Raman spectra.
