Research directions

The main research direction of this team focuses on the manufacturing of advanced materials and their key components such as aerospace, pedestrian robots, 3C products, and consumer electronics, aiming to solve the problems of perception, decision-making, and interaction in complex dynamic environments. Specific areas include:

(1) Research on advanced manufacturing technologies such as advanced lightweight, high-strength, high-temperature, and ultra-high temperature alloy materials and key components for aerospace engines, such as Vacuum high-temperature liquid precision forming and Electron beam 3D printing.

(2) Advanced precision manufacturing research and industrialization of high-end medical joint implants such as artificial joints and humanoid robot joints

(3) Research and industrialization of 3C products such as smart rings, smart watches, high-performance mobile phone folding screen amorphous shafts, advanced materials for consumer electronics, and micro-nano precision molding manufacturing

Main achievements

The project leader or technical person in charge has undertaken a total of 5 major national, provincial and ministerial special projects, and the cumulative scientific research funds have exceeded 100 million yuan. The research project funds exceed 10 million, and the university has a high-temperature and ultra-high-temperature materials such as electron beam 3D printing and ultra-high temperature suspension melting and its precision molding R&D platform, Yingtan ultra-high temperature precision molding casting industrialization base and project company platform; 27 patents such as national invention patents have been applied for and approved, and 12 high-level papers have been published; 3 national standards, 8 industry group standards, 2 monographs published, and more than 20 provincial new products were developed; It has participated in the development of key core components of domestic aero engines of Y-20 (turbofan-20), C919 (CJ-1000) and C929 (CJ-2000), breaking through foreign technical blockade barriers to China, and achieving a series of innovative results.
