Research Directions:

1. Electro-hydraulic proportional/servo control components and electro-hydraulic servo system control, mainly focusing on the design of electro-hydraulic components, intelligent sensing of system characteristic parameters, and intelligent control of system nonlinearity.

2. Intelligent motion control of heavy-duty robots, with a focus on electro-hydraulic heavy-load robotic arms for compliant operations and stable walking control for legged robots in complex terrain.

Personal Profile:

Lu Zhenyu, male, born in August 1988, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently an associate professor and a master's supervisor at Nanchang University. He received his Ph.D. from Zhejiang University, where he studied in the National Key Laboratory of Fluid Power Transmission and Control. He joined Nanchang University in October 2019 and is currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Department of Mechanical Engineering. His research and teaching mainly focus on electro-hydraulic servo components and system control, electro-hydraulic high power-to-weight ratio robots, and competition robotics.

He has led and participated in four national science foundation projects and has published more than 20 papers in important academic journals in the fields of mechanical engineering and automation, including 10 SCI-indexed papers. He has also filed for and been granted more than 10 patents. He teaches courses such as "Fundamentals of Control Theory," "Microcomputer Principles and Mechatronic Control," and "Robotics Competition Manufacturing" in the field of mechatronics.

He was selected for Nanchang University's "Seedling Plan" and "Camphor Talent Plan" in 2021.
