Research Direction

In response to national major needs and international academic frontiers, Dr. Fanghua Yes research is conducted on gas-liquid two-phase flow and heat transfer, non-Newtonian fluid dynamics, direct ink writing 3D printing, rotary positive displacement fluid machinery and analytical grid generation algorithms.

Major Achievements

Dr. Fanghua Ye has been the principal investigator of 5 projects including the Youth Project of Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation, the General Project of Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation, the Youth Talent Cultivation and Innovation Fund Project of Nanchang University, and the Enterprise Technological Project. He has published over 30 papers in high-level journals such as Applied Thermal Engineering, Applied Physics Letters, and Physics of Fluids. Among them, he has published 15 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author. In 2025, he published a cover article in a Nature Index journal. Additionally, he has published one academic monograph, obtained 10 invention patents and 5 utility model patents.
