Research Directions

The research is dedicated to the study and application of theories and technologies for the design, manufacturing, operation, and maintenance of mechatronic systems with a focus on quality and reliability, specifically including:

1. Field reliability assessment of electromechanical systems driven by data and model integration.

2. Design and operation decision-making based on reliability for electromechanical systems.

3. Quality management across the entire lifecycle of electromechanical systems.

Major Achievements

The relevant research findings have been applied in enterprises such as Jiangxi Hongdu Aviation Industry Group Co., Ltd., Chengdu Aircraft Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., and Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliances, Inc.

In the past five years, I have led one General Program and two Regional Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as four enterprise-sponsored projects commissioned by companies including Midea Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. and Highly Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd.

Over the same period, as the first/corresponding author, more than 20 SCI/EI-indexed papers have been published in authoritative academic journals such as RSER, EAAI, ESWA, JCP, CAIE, and CIMS. Among these, 12 papers have been published in journals ranked as Zone 1 or TOP journals by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Additionally, a total of 10 invention patents have been granted.
