The team's research focuses on cutting-edge high-end medical devices and equipment, artificial intelligence technology, and interdisciplinary innovation and application of medical-engineering integration. It aims to address issues such as early disease screening, monitoring, diagnosis, intervention, efficacy evaluation, and health management in the medical field, including:

1. Non-contact monitoring, diagnosis, intervention, and health management of respiration, heart rate, and blood pressure based on multi-modal data fusion and microwave technology. Developing monitoring equipment for myocardial infarction and other cardiac diseases through deep learning and sensor fusion technology, striving for achievement transformation.

2. Research on non-invasive flexible wearable cardiac monitoring and continuous blood pressure measurement, realizing early screening, diagnosis, and health management of various cardiac diseases. Developing flexible wearable cardiac monitoring equipment using AI technologies such as deep reinforcement learning, striving for achievement transformation.

3. Human-computer interaction and brain-computer interface for healthcare. Developing intelligent nursing interaction systems through natural language processing, affective computing, and robotics technology. Achieving high-precision decoding of electroencephalographic (EEG) signals and brain-computer interface control based on deep learning, and developing EEG monitoring equipment for cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage, striving for achievement transformation.

• Jul 1984 - Sep 1991: Taught in the Hydraulic Laboratory, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Jiangxi University of Technology, and was promoted to Lecturer during this period.

Major Achievements

My primary research focuses on interdisciplinary innovation and application of cutting-edge high-end medical devices/equipment, artificial intelligence technology, and medicine-engineering integration, aiming to address early disease screening, monitoring, diagnosis, intervention, efficacy evaluation, and health management in the medical field. Presided over and completed 66 national, provincial, and ministerial-level projects (including the National 863 Program and National Natural Science Foundation of China), won 2 Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Awards and 3 Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards; obtained 15 national invention patents, 19 utility model patents, and transformed 12 achievements; supervised and graduated 18 doctors (postdoctoral fellows) and more than 70 masters. Published 172 high-level papers. Developed multiple prototypes for enterprises such as Mindray Medical (having signed a cooperation project with a total value of 10 million yuan), Wondfo Biotech, Jiangxi Xierkangtai, JMC Group, and Changhe Automobile Group. Presided over the development of Jiangxi Province's first electric vehicle, which was highly praised by State Councilor Liu Yandong during her visit to the university.
