洪晟，南昌大学教授、研究生导师，大数据与智能安全研究所长，北京市安全学科带头人，北京市科委技术专家，北京航空航天大学“青年拔尖人才”，担任工信部工业数据空间治理技术组副组长，中国电子学会网络空间安全专家委员会委员，北京市安全科学与工程学会理事、中国系统工程学会系统可靠性工程委员会理事。

研究方向：

从事工业互联网/计算机网络、人工智能和大数据技术、信息网络安全等方向的教学和科研工作。

人才培养：

担任北大中文核心期刊《信息网络安全》、《电子技术应用》、《信息技术与网络安全》和《航空工程进展》编委。主持和参与973课题，国家重点研发课题，技术基础课题，国家自然科学基金等20余项，是多个国际期刊和会议的编委，发表论文70余篇，其中SCI检索30余篇，全球前1% ESI高被引论文1篇，授权国家发明专利14项，获国防科技进步一等奖1项，省部级科技进步二等奖1项。
